Port Picton is a luxury waterfront community on the Eastern shore of Picton Harbour. The development will consist of 16 freehold townhomes, 20 freehold custom single detached homes and 230 mid-rise condominium units.

We are excited to announce to our registered members that construction will be underway this Spring 2020.

Plans are now underway for the construction of the new 25,000 sq ft Claramount Club - including a multi million-dollar renovation to the existing Claramount Inn & Spa. The clubhouse expansion will include multiple restaurants and bars, indoor pool, fitness center, new spa facilities, tennis/pickle ball courts, concierge services, as well as new and newly renovated hotel rooms.

We are close to launching our sales program and are reaching out to our pre-registration list to get your feedback regarding your preferred initial offerings. When you open the link below you will find a short questionnaire that will give us more insight on what you are hoping to see available first at Port Picton. Please take a moment to fill out the questionnaire and view the newly launched website. Once we have reviewed all of our pre-registrants comments we will reach back to each interested purchaser with a complete package in early February.
