The staff at the Sales and Décor Centre are very knowledgeable and responsive. Kathryn in sales was very helpful and answered all of our initial questions. Dealing with Nancy at the Décor Centre was a great experience, being able to choose everything we wanted with helpful advice from her.

The entire onsite construction team are friendly, accessible, knowledgeable, and responsive. We have been in our new home for eight months now and are very pleased with support we continue to get from staff at the main office and the construction site. Buying an empty lot and having a house built was a new experience for us. We felt the “Cleave Team” helped us through the decision making choices by listening to our questions and concerns and making modifications where they were requested.

From the moment we met with Dave & Nancy Cleave we realized that not only had we picked the right community for our forever home, we also picked the right builder. They have been extremely accommodating to all our wishes and the variety of styles and options available along with their guidance and expertise allowed us to make a home that is uniquely ours.

We lived several hours away during the build process but were constantly updated with photos, and emails which kept us involved and informed during every step. The customer support we received during the entire build and post build has been above and beyond.

All in all, this experience has exceeded our expectations with the added bonus of making some great friends along the way. As homes continue to be built, we can see and appreciate the vision that the Cleaves have for Pine Ridge and feel so lucky to be able to call this home!
